We were so happy that we went with Alliance for our inspections. We were worried about finding an inspector who wouldn’t find anything wrong with the house to make it easier for the realtor, but Rich was incredibly detailed and found many many issues with both properties we had him inspect. He wasn’t afraid to show us severe problems in the first house, which caused us to ultimately walk away from the deal. He took his time and, although when he was working he is very quiet, he took a lot of time at the end to thoroughly answer any questions and go line by line through his report. We loved the pictures he took, the notes he made, and how he sent us the report afterwards so that we would have all of the serial numbers for our appliances. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a house!
